[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide document management and migration system to migrate approximately 2.1 million images into some multi-page TIFFs and PDFs from its existing ImageNow 6.7.0.3596 system to the VCCS ImageNow 6.7.0.3683 enterprise system.
(2) Contract period will be for one year.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
